Yes. I get startled and disturbed by too much noise. There is an elementary school near my house that has regular broadcasts every morning. Yes. Finding a good place to study is one major factor that plays into academic success .Our library is five stories tall.and every floor has loads of space. It's super quiet. Everyone is always studying and nobody disturbs anyone else. In addition. our school also assigns rooms for each class of students to study in. Rules are very strict there too.
