解析：本篇完型填空和全國a卷完型填空特點相同，是以語境理解考查為主，是“語境能力型”的命題模式，主要考查對上下文的理解，其所設的四個選項往往在語法上都能成立，但從語境來看，卻只有一個選項是最合適的。這就需要考生立足語篇環境，樹立全局觀念，把握邏輯方向。本文是一篇關于兩鄰里間因停車車位問題發生口角，而后通過友好方式互相諒解的故事。
21．停放車輛應用park，was parked 表示停放的狀態。stop表示“停下”，“停止”而非“停放” 。
