usnews世界大學排名是什么美國有多個機構對大學進行排名，其中最有影響力的就是由《美國新聞和世界報導》（US News）發布的美國大學排名，即 US News 排名 。
US News 的大學排名有三種，分為美國大學本科排名、美國大學研究生院排名和世界大學排名，本科稱為Best Colleges，研究生院（包括碩士及博士）稱為Best Graduate Schools，世界大學排名稱為Best Global Universities 。
隨著高等教育的全球化，US News 于2014年10月正式推出的《USNews世界大學排名》與《QS世界大學排名》、《泰晤士高等教育世界大學排名》、《ARWU世界大學學術排名》同為目前公認的四大權威大學世界排名 。因為每個排名的機構是不同的，結果也會不同 。而且考慮的因素也不同，世界大學排名主要是看學術研究和聲譽，美國大學排名還參考了教學質量、就業率、學生滿意度等方面 。
