肉丸糊辣湯要怎么做？肉丸糊辣湯的做法：　材料：可用豬肉，牛肉或是羊肉作餡，加入料酒，花椒末，姜末，香油，味精，鹽，一只雞蛋，一點面粉（千萬不可多加）拌好，淹半個小時或是10分鐘 。做法：1、泡好木耳黃花菜，洗干凈，撕成小片和小條 。2、煮鍋加辣椒絲，花生米和水煮至水滾花生米8成熟，用手把肉餡擠成肉丸下入鍋中（用勺子作肉丸也行，但沒有手擠的味道好），下黃花菜，過8-10分鐘左右肉丸就熟了，下圓粉條，下木耳 。3、調一碗淀粉汁，加入大量花椒末，白胡椒，少量五香粉，粉條煮熟的時候就可以下這碗調味汁 。4、鍋中的湯汁粘稠的時候，可以打蛋花進去，也可以加弄碎的嫩豆腐 。冬天喝這個湯很舒服，也可以有不同湯底，豬骨，牛骨，羊骨，也可以加枸杞一類的中藥 。

合肥辣糊湯做法就是那種路邊的最簡單的的那種辣糊湯，有海帶，千張什 (3)制湯 。鍋內加水約5公斤，加入鮮羊肉湯，再依次放入粉皮絲、海帶絲、油炸豆腐絲和鹽，用大火燒沸，然后添些涼水使湯鍋呈微沸狀 。將面筋拿起，雙手抖成大薄片，慢慢地在盆內涮成面筋穗(大片的面筋用搟杖攪散) 。鍋內燒沸后，將洗面筋沉淀的面芡(將上面的清水瀝去)攪成稀糊，徐徐勾入鍋內，邊勾邊用搟杖攪動，待其稀稠均勻，放入五香粉、胡椒粉，攪勻，再撒入菠菜，湯燒開后即成 。
