我們中國有哪些傳統節日和傳統節日的風俗為什么，幫我一下吧臘八節:臘八節是佛教的節日 。這一天是釋迦牟尼成佛的日子，又稱“成道節” 。這一天最重要的活動是吃臘八粥 。最早的臘八粥只是在米粥中加入紅小豆，后來演變的極為復雜考究，主料有白米、黃米、江米、小米、菱角米等數十種，添加核桃、杏仁、瓜子、花生、松仁、葡萄干、桂圓肉、百合、蓮子等，通宵熬煮，香飄十里 。
