英語呼叫轉移在情景對話,以前的公司通常有一個總機 ， 接線員將電話轉移到各個部門或個人 ?，F在很多公司都有類似的前臺服務 。那么 ， 如果你正在為別人轉接電話 ， 你應該說什么？
Getting Through
A: Excuse me, can I make long distance calls with this tele-phone?
B: Yes, just dial the number.
A: Thank you.
(Mark dials the number)
C: Hello, Rainbow Technology Company. How may I direct your call?
A: Hello, I'd like to speak to Miss Johnson, please.
C: Could you tell me the extension number, please?
A: I am sorry. I thought it was Miss Johnson's number.
C: No, it's the operator here.
A: Then how can I get hold of Miss Mary Johnson, please? It issomething urgent.
C: Let me try. Which department is Miss Mary Johnson in,please?
A: R&D, Research and Development Department. She is in charge of the development of the new products for next season.
C: I see. I will put you through.
(Operator tries)
C: I am sorry, the line is busy now. Would you care to wait,please?
A: I think I will call again later. Thank you.
C: Sure. Next time please ask for extension 429 for Research and Development Department.
A: I will. Thank you. Bye.
C: Goodbye.
