我聽說太奶奶和前幾年相比，雖然耳朵還很靈，但是生活已不能自理，要靠輪椅子代步了，說話也有些吃力，還認不清看她的是誰了。每次有人來，她總要拉住人聊天不放，總要拿出一些吃的東西，逗著別人吃，越來越像天真的小孩子了。
趁著她們在聊天，我瞧了瞧院子的其他老人，他們有的在聊天，有的在默默地曬太陽，有的微笑的打量著我們。我想：他們是否在想念他們的親人呢?我趕緊帶來的水果分給他們吃。他們很客氣的推托后，滿意地吃了起來。
夕陽快要下山了，我們依依不舍地告別，“太奶奶，我們下次再來看您。”我說。“好好，下次再來。”太奶奶哽咽著說。偷偷地用衣袖擦去已是滿眶的淚水。我們的心一下子沉痛起來，下定決心下次要多些時間來陪伴她。
