2019年高考英語題目解答這題主要考查不定式的用法。這個句子可以寫成To perform them are expensive，動詞不定式在句子中做主語，但是由于主語太長了，所以一般將動詞的賓語作為主語，to+動詞放在句子后面作為補語，或者用it做形式主語，將動詞不定式放到句子的后面去。所以這句的perform不應該使用被動語態。這里考察的是動詞不定式be to do sth，并且是主動語態，而不是被動語態。
