Here are some practical things which work for me.以下幾件事在實際生活中對我都很有效 。
●sunscreen●防曬霜
Daily. Apply liberally. Right after moisturiser.每天都涂，涂得要夠多，擦完保濕霜就涂防曬 。
●moisturizer●保濕霜
Apply before going to bed and first thing in the morning (right after shower).睡前擦，早上一起床就擦（洗澡后） 。
●drink water●喝水
Not in gallons but in moderate amounts.不要喝太多，適量即可 。
