Visio的簡單使用?

一、打開Visio ，進入“開始界面”；
1. Open Visio and enter the “Start Interface”;?

二、選擇我們需要新建的繪圖類型，如“基本流程圖”、“日程表”等（以基本流程圖為例）；

三、選擇類型后，再選擇更加細致的類型，如“基本流程圖”中有“基本流程圖”、“垂直流程圖”、“判定分支流程圖”和“頁面內引用流程圖” ，鼠標左鍵單擊不同類型便會有相應類型的介紹，雙擊或單擊后點擊“新建”便會新建一個該細致類型的繪圖；

四、如建立“基本流程圖” ，則畫布空白，作圖時最常用到的便是圖形、連接線和文本框，畫布左側為可以選擇的形狀，連接線和文本框都在“插入”選項卡下；
