總的來說 , 這項研究成果 首次發現Aβ可以幫助黑色素瘤進行腦轉移 , 將黑色素瘤的腦轉移與阿爾茨海默病聯系在一起 , 并且提示Aβ可能會是一個有希望的腫瘤治療靶點 。
過去的幾十年中 , 科學家已經開發出眾多清除Aβ的藥物 , 它們可以有效地清除大腦中的Aβ , 雖然在阻止阿爾茨海默病疾病進展中失敗 , 但是未來它們可能在腫瘤治療這一新戰場發揮作用 。
