當宵夜已經很多了!
這么一看,如果每天熬夜都炸雞燒烤,長胖真的是意料之中的事情,同時還會增加慢性疾病的風險 。
不如多喝點水,勤上廁所,每過1個小時活動一下身體,避免久坐 。
如果是長期熬夜,還應注意保證維生素A、維生素D的攝入,多吃深色蔬菜,還可以服用一些維生素B族、維生素D的補充劑 。
不過還是希望大家都能擺脫熬夜的習慣,過更健康的生活!
